Meet Carrie
My interest in health and movement was born from a lifelong battle with my body image, eating disorders, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and depression/anxiety. Lifting weights was my bridge into better mental and physical health, and it’s my passion to share that with others. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to provide support and guidance to anyone who might be struggling to find their way.
I focus on individualized training. I believe that every person is unique not only in their health and fitness goals, but also in their physical makeup and personal background. I approach each person’s training in a way that’s best suited for them. Rather than offer a general “workout of the day”, I strive to provide an individualized program for each person I work with. It is my most sincere hope that every person I train will feel more powerful, more confident and stronger physically as well as mentally. I strive to cultivate an accepting, body-positive, inclusive training environment. I will absolutely challenge you, physically as well as mentally, but I will also do my best to provide you the support and guidance you need to achieve your goals. Since 2012, I’ve been providing coaching, support and technical training, as well as building a community of strong, confident women. I’m a proud momma of 2 boys and a proud wife to Brandon Moxley.
